各撮影プランのページに税込価格を記載しています。
撮影内容に応じた追加費用（交通費・ロケ地費用・スタジオ代など）が発生する場合は、
お見積もり時に事前にご案内いたします。

お支払い方法
・銀行振込（前払い）
お支払い時期
撮影日の 7日前まで にお振込みをお願いいたします。
役務の提供時期（納品時期）
データは、通常、撮影日から 7〜14日以内 にオンライン納品いたします。
データ以外のものに関してや、案件の規模により納期が前後する場合は、事前にお知らせいたします。
キャンセルについて
当スタジオのキャンセルポリシーに基づきます。（詳細は、本ページの下方「キャンセルポリシー」をご確認ください。）
・7〜3日前：撮影料金の30%
・2～1日前：撮影料金の50%
・当日：撮影料金の100%
※天候不順・災害等によるキャンセルは、キャンセル料は発生しません。
返品・返金について
役務提供の性質上、撮影完了後の返金には応じられません。
ただし、当スタジオの過失によりサービス提供が困難となった場合は、
全額返金または無料での再撮影を選択いただけます。
表現および商品に関する注意書き
撮影データの仕上がりには主観的な要素を含みます。
色味や雰囲気のイメージ違いによる返金には応じかねます。
キャンセルポリシー
ご予約確定後のキャンセルについては、下記の規定に基づきキャンセル料を申し受けます。ご理解のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。
※予約確定とは、正式な日時決定・お見積もり承諾後を指します。
1. キャンセル料金について
・撮影日の7〜3日前：料金の30％
・撮影日の2～1日前：料金の50％
・撮影日当日：料金の100％
2. 日程変更について
・撮影日の3日前までのご連絡であれば、1回まで無料で日程変更が可能です。
・2回目以降は、変更手数料として 5,000円〜 を申し受ける場合があります。
※ただし、繁忙期や特別なロケーション予約が必要な場合は、変更が難しい場合があります。
3. 天候不順について（屋外撮影の場合）
以下の場合はキャンセル料は発生しません。
・雨・暴風・積雪など、撮影が困難または安全が確保できない場合
・クライアント様・当スタジオの双方が撮影不可能と判断した場合
※日程変更をお願いすることがあります。
※曇天や薄曇りなど撮影可能な状況の場合は、通常通り撮影を行います。
4. 災害・緊急事態による撮影中止
以下のケースは 全額無料 にてキャンセル・延期を承ります：
・地震、台風、豪雨、洪水などの自然災害
・交通機関の大規模な運休
・政府・自治体からの警報や行動制限
・撮影地の使用不可（災害・閉鎖等）
5. 体調不良・事故などによる中止
● クライアント様の体調不良・お車の事故や故障
・撮影日の3日前まで：無料
・前日〜当日：50〜100％（状況に応じて相談可）
※基本的には、延期の方向でご提案させていただきます。
● カメラマン側の体調不良・事故
・無料で日程の再調整
・再調整が効かない場合は全額返金
をお約束します。
6. 特別費用の扱い
以下の実費は、キャンセル時にご請求となる場合があります。
・ロケーション使用料
・スタジオ予約料
・レンタル機材
・交通費・宿泊費（事前手配済みの場合）

Please complete the payment no later than 7 days before the shooting date.
Service Delivery Time
Edited photo data will be delivered within 7–14 days after the shooting date.
The delivery time may vary depending on the scale of the project.

No cancellation fee will be charged in the event of severe weather or natural disasters.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of photography services, refunds are not available after the service has been provided.
If the shoot cannot be completed due to our fault, we will offer a full refund or a free reshoot.
Disclaimer
Final images may vary based on artistic direction.
Refunds will not be issued for subjective differences such as tone or mood.

Cancellation Policy — English Version
1. Cancellation Fees
Once a booking is confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply:
7–3 days before the shoot: 30% of the fee
2-1 days before the shoot: 50% of the fee
On the day of the shoot: 100% of the fee
A booking is considered confirmed once the date is finalized and the estimate is approved.
2. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free of charge once, up to 3 days before the shoot.
A second or subsequent reschedule may incur a ¥5,000 handling fee.
Please note: During peak seasons or when special locations are reserved, rescheduling may not be possible.
3. Weather Conditions (Outdoor Shoots)
In case of severe weather, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Applicable conditions include:
Heavy rain
Strong winds
Snowfall
Any weather condition deemed unsafe for shooting
Cloudy or lightly overcast skies do not qualify as severe weather and the shoot will proceed as planned.
4. Natural Disasters & Emergencies
The following circumstances qualify for free cancellation or rescheduling:
Earthquakes, typhoons, heavy storms, floods
Major transportation disruptions
Government-issued warnings or restrictions
Location closures caused by disasters or emergencies
5. Health Issues & Unforeseen Circumstances
Client's health issues
Up to 3 days before the shoot: No charge
1 day before or on the day: 50–100%, depending on the situation

Photographer’s health or emergency
If Shadow Emotions cannot proceed due to illness or unforeseen events:
• Full refund or free rescheduling will be provided.
6. Non‑Refundable Expenses
The following costs may be billed separately if already arranged:
